Shipping & Processing
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (processing time not included)
Orders ship Monday through Friday only.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on Monday. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Lindenhurst, NY (11757).
The full pickup address will be provided after checkout.
Same-day pickup may be available at no additional charge if: The order is placed during business hours at least 2 hours are allowed for processing pickup availability is subject to scheduling.
Pickup Hours
Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Orders must be picked up within 5 business days or may be canceled.
Uber / Third-Party Delivery
Customers are responsible for booking their own Uber or third-party delivery service and all associated fees. Once an order is released to the driver, JADOUX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Photo confirmation will be provided prior to release.
Pre-Orders
Preorder items are made-to-order and are final sale. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page and may vary slightly.
Tracking & Address Changes
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
JADOUX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
